Return & Exchange Policy

*ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 

We accept returned items (unless otherwise noted) for store credit/exchange within 14 days of delivery date. Returned items must be unused, in original packaging and with original tags still attached. All shipping charges for returns/exchanges are to be covered by the customer. At this time, we are unable to accept returns for all accessories including hats.

All sale items are final purchase and are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Currently international orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges due the unpredictable nature of local and international customs.  

 

 

 

 

 

**HOW TO RETURN ITEMS BACK TO US:

All returns must be authorized before we will accept them. Email pbmapparelsales@gmail.com with your order # before shipping out your return. We will provide the shipping address when the return is authorized  www.PBMApparel.com is not responsible for returns that are lost or damaged in transit.
